Calendar Sync issues
If you are subscribed to the digital calendar in FACTS and having trouble with the update sync, please try these solutions:
If you have an Apple device, go to Settings/Calendar/Accounts. Check "Fetch New Data" under iCloud check you have Push or Fetch selected and not manual.
If you have an Android device, go to Settings/Network Preferences/Auto-Update Apps. Choose the desired update method over any network or WiFi only.
If this solution does not work, you may need to unsubscribe from the calendar and then resubscribe.
Digital Calendar Subscriptions Steps
Subscribing to the digital calendar in FACTS.
If you have an Apple device, when in the family portal, click on calendar, then find the "Subscribe" button in the top right corner. Copy the ical address into your device calendar subscriptions and click subscribe.
If you have an Android device, because the FACTS calendar is in ical format, you have to subscribe from a PC first and then add the calendar using your device. Follow the instructions below:

- Follow the instructions for Google Calendar, from a computer.
- On your phone, open the Google Calendar a
- Open the menu, and then go to Settings.
- Scroll to the calendar email where you added the new iCal feed
- Tap on Show more.
- Tap on your new calendar's name.
- Switch the Sync option on.
- You may also change your notifications for this calendar on this screen.
