Step 1 : Tour and Complete Application
After you submit the inquiry form we will contact you to schedule your Discovery Tour and answer any questions you may have. If you have discerned you would like to continue with enrollment, we will send you a link to the application. Submit your application online once complete. ​
Step 2: Submit required documents
Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office:
  • Baptismal Certificate or Blue Baptismal Form
  • IEP/504/Diagnostic Testing Results (if applicable)
  • Most recent Report Card (1st - 8th grade)
  • Two Teacher Recommendation letters and One Administration Recommendation letter.
​A Release of Records form should be given to the Registrar at your child’s school in order for Ave Maria Catholic School to receive an official copy of your child’s transcript/records.
Step 3: ​Shadow Date/Assessment
After your application and required documents are submitted, a Shadow Day and Assessment will be scheduled.

Upon review of completed files, shadow visit, and assessment, students/parents will be notified of the enrollment decision to Ave Maria Catholic School.
